Our Dried Morel Mushrooms are a pantry luxury with deep, earthy aroma and a rich, nutty flavour that chefs love. Once rehydrated, morels become tender and meaty—perfect for sauces, risotto, pasta, creamy soups, and pan sauces for chicken or steak.

Because they’re dried, the flavour is naturally concentrated. Simply soak, rinse well to remove any grit, and use the soaking liquid (strained) to boost your dish with extra umami.
