Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
For B2B orders, you will need to create and an account simply by just logging in here. For your customed price list, please reach out to us before placing any orders.
For non-B2B orders, you do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, etc. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.
Do you offer free delivery?
Enjoy complimentary delivery on orders over $100*, or a $20 fee will apply. The shipping discount will be automatically applied during checkout.
*Please note that the delivery fee will not be waived as part of any ongoing promotion. If the order total falls below $100 due to any promotions/discounts, standard delivery fees will apply.
Next day delivery cut-off time: 3:00 pm.
What are the delivery hours?
Our delivery time are between 9 am to 6 pm on your selected date of delivery.
Delivery details such as tracking number will be provided in your delivery email or account page.
Do you offer self pickup?
Yes, please drop by our pickup location below.

Do you ship overseas?
No, currently we only delivery within Singapore.
