Black Autumn Truffle (100gr)

Tuber Uncinatum, also known as the autumn truffle from Italy. The characteristic of this truffle - rough and warty bark and dark brown flesh. Aroma of this truffle is subtle compared to the rest of its cousins. We recommend using this truffle with some of our truffle products to bring out the delicate aroma during the Autumn season.
